"Good location. Building was old, not really maintained. Carpet was grubby. If you want your clean, you have to request. Two 249ml water bottles free IF YOU ASK, otherwise you get it at the lobby from the dispenser. One time I asked for bottled water the male reception pointed to me the water dispenser. I said no, I want bottled water. Very confusing the building had the name Variety Hotel, then there is Churchill Living and then Global Suites at the Apex. Which one is it?"

"The staff was very helpful and nice! It was super easy getting in and out of the hotel and was a quick walk through the lobby!"

"Solid hotel on a budget. The staff were all friendly and very helpful, the lobby and bathrooms were clean and the rooftop pool was well kept. The hotel is older and shows its age and our room had an old, musty type smell to it, but it was clean and housekeeping stopped by every 3 days and took care of us. The location for this hotel is incredible, minutes from the beach, shopping, restaurants and bars. The morning breakfast was ok but not bad for free, and the welcome drinks were.... Welcomed! Overall a great stay for 7 days and I would definitely recommend the President if you're on a budget."
