「Great room and value for the weekend. Room
Was clean and had plenty of space for a solo traveler. Had a new refrigerator and microwave which means the owner is putting money into upkeep which is always great when they pay attention to the small details. Bed was comfortable and was a 2 minute walk to the beach. The beach attendant Rick was very polite and easy to talk to. 「Overall, the apartment is good and in a great location. It’s an older place but comfortable. The mattress might be a bit soft for most people, but the bedroom is generally cozy. The bathroom needs a renovation; while they keep it clean, the moisture and age are definitely showing. The water pressure is extremely weak. We also didn't like the extra insurance charge fee required before check-in—at the owner’s discretion, I suppose」

「Everything was great and as expected, lovely property, clean! Unfortunately, there was a construction going on right outside of our balcony, and so balcony was locked from the outside by construction workers. Unit owner was not notified by the building that balcony door was being blocked. She offered me a very reasonable discount/refund, and so we were happy to spend more time outside and by the pool area, thus not having balcony was not that big of an issue.」
