「My one-night stay at the hotel was quite pleasant, primarily due to its location in a safe and quiet area. I appreciated being able to walk to nearby cafes and shops, which made my visit more convenient. However, I believe the hotel could benefit from some improvements. A fresh coat of paint and a style update would make the apartment look more modern and inviting, avoiding the feel of an old and neglected space. These upgrades would definitely enhance the overall guest experience.」

「This was our first time in Miami as a family of 4, with two small children, and we were beyond impressed with our apartment and the property overall! It was spacious, stocked with all necessities, and very comfortable! We found the location so safe and accessible ( and the complementary beach umbrellas were a wonderful bonus!) Max was a delightful host! We would stay here again in a heartbeat! 」

「We wanted to pamper ourselves a little with this stay, and the place was great. Nice complex and building, the staff was very friendly, check in was easy (even at midnight). The unit had 2 bedrooms and an open and spacious feel. Two bathrooms which were well appointed. A quick ride down the elevator and out the doors put you in the pool area, which has two pools, two small hot tubs, plenty of space to lay out, and a tiki bar. 「The biggest plus was that the apartment was roomy with great views. It was not the exact unit pictured in the listing but similar enough. The apartment was clean, but the carpet was peppered with stains and is overdue for replacement. The building could also use some renovation or at least better maintenance as it shows wear and tear. As noted by others, the elevators are old and slow. Some of the pool and beach staff seemed somewhat cold and could barely understand or speak English. We...

「Tolles Hotel mit sehr netten Mitarbeitern. Durch die anliegenden Baustellen war es teilweise etwas laut, aber das kann man nicht ändern. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und sehr schön. Der Strand ist fußläufig in einer Minute erreichbar. Wirklich top Hotel !」
