I had to stay in Beach Plaza because the room code keys were not working. Then I had to drag my bags down there. Also, the lights in the hall were out in front of room 413. on the bottom landing entering the hall and at the front door. A very dangerous situation since the rear gate in the alley is never locked. Tara and Juda were the only staff that made things better. they both are an asset to your company. Also, a golf cart is needed to transport your guests in the event you have to relocate them.
Rear door doesnt lock. This door leads to court way. person can still get inside of villas although the front doors to the villas has a code on them after 8pm.
LIght was out for two weeks. I stayed here. I told them about it. High Security Risk. You cant see putting in your door code.
Rear gate code inoperable. Security risk. You can still access villas
Bird droppings on outdoor furniture for two weeks. Biohazard

We were coordinating housekeeping with management and when asked if they had permission to enter the unit while we were out, we explicitly did not give permission due to valuables and confidential work documents in the unit. They still entered which was a serious violation of terms. When I followed up with management they offered a canned apology and nothing else. As for the room we had, it was dingy. There were stains on the sofa, the floor had layers of dirt, the walls are very thin so you hear the entire conversation of the room next to you as well as traffic. The location is great and the only saving grace. If you’re looking for a nice place, look elsewhere, if location is all that matters then this is your place.

We had a great stay! Room was clean, the amenities were great. Staff was very friendly as well, especially the Honey’s restaurant staff. Food was great, we enjoyed the happy hour. Everything is walking distance, the beach is about a 5 minute walk with lots of places to eat or a grab a drink. We would definitely stay again.

Clean, well-stocked room with extra towels and plenty of storage, including four dresser drawers, a spacious closet, and bathroom drawers. While the room itself felt smaller than expected, the ample storage made it easy to stay organized and made the space feel much more open.

Easy check in and the location is great. Unfortunately, our room was in the back corner of the hotel and it was extremely loud all night. We could hear everything in the back alley and the guests in the room above us. There was also a massive cockroach in the hallway. If we wanted to switch rooms, there was no front desk to consult with about the issue.

The check in process was a nightmare. I had to fill out the online form multiple times and when we got there, the room codes had still not been activated. Such a bizarre and inefficient system. The door codes never worked. Tiny rooms, tiny bathrooms, only plus was the location. Definitely not worth the room rate and would not recommend.

The staff when they were on duty were decent enough to deal with, however they were not there 24 hours a day and were unable to fix the Internet issues that plagued the hotel the two nights of our stay. Because the TVs require an internet connection this meant no television or device connectivity. Disappointing. Also be aware that parking in the area will be an additional cost a day on top of the cost of accommodations.

I had requested for a late check out because my flight got very delayed and i didnt check in until late night but i was refused late check out had to check out at 11 am. I'm a tall guy and on the way out I hit my head on a metal thing in the door way and I was bleeding. There were no signs to watch your head in the door way and I was disappointed in the staff as well. Not a good experience for me and I will not be staying here again unfortunately.

After going thru all the chk in parafanailia on line I still did not get an unlock code. I had to ring up and chase admin for it ( a pain in the behind with a foreighn phone!) Nxt the room was only 62deg, the a/c vent was blasting cold air. The control panel could adjust the setpoint but nothing changed. It would not stop the fan. The toilet was flushing continuously.

Love this place and the new concept and refresh—stayed once when it was Blue Moon Hotel. The location is wonderful in the heart of the action. Inviting public spaces like a TV lounge and covered outdoor patio looking onto small pool. Honey’s food and happy hour was good and a couple of the servers were super friendly. If you walk up about 5 blocks, you can use 2 beach loungers too! (bring towels) No housekeeping service but reliably got towels and coffee on text request. It’s a great value for Miami Beach and very homey. I’ll be back.

Room was spotless and bed, sofa were comfortable. Great shower, water got plenty hot. The lobby has a few rooms for sitting and waiting; they are very comfortable and have plenty of character. Honey's (the bar/restaurant) had good breakfast food (and he only meal I ate there). As far as I could tell there isn't anyone onsite all the time, check-in/check-out are done electronically but there was a friendly man there to assist for a while during prime check-in time. I would definitely stay there again!

It’s in an ideal location- super close to ocean beach with lots going on. On the flip side, because it’s so close to everything going on, it can be very loud. If you request an item, be aware that you’ll have to request it multiple times.
