The room was nice and had a great view. Everything was clean. The pool area was beautiful. The restaurant was not bad but the menu could be improved. Food was overpriced. The problem with staying here is the distance away from everything. Not the hotel's fault, but I had to Uber to get everywhere and I prefer being in a walkable area. Overall a nice place to stay!

What a great hotel! The rooms are large, nicely decorated, and clean. We stayed in a bayfront king suite and loved it. The view from our balcony was beautiful. The pool area and pool bar was great. The one pool is heated and it was great on a chilly day. The white sand beach was stunning with tons of chairs and umbrellas. The only negative about the place was the elevators. Sometimes they took forever! Other than that, beautiful place!

Nice hotel!…. Friendly staff, great amenities, relaxed atmosphere, felt like being at home. The room was sparkly clean, the bed super comfortable. Definitely a come back for us! Sadly, Florida is a horrible state, the abuse of charging taxes over taxes + more taxes. They are killers for hotels and the people who enjoy hotel stays.

Room could have been cleaned better but otherwise the hotel staff was accommodating, the property was decent and easy to navigate

Rooms were perfect. The staff with a high customer and very professional. Restaurant, the ladies on front at the pool . Everywhere that you encounter somebody at the hotel was incredible remarkable. We need more hotels that bring what you have

The hotel was well located, clean and well maintained. The staff were courteous and helpful. Their system was not guest friendly. It was impossible to pay one's bill early when there were no lines, only just before check out and leaving one's room. The final bill did not have a zero amount showing the bill was paid. These are simple things most hotels around the world provide. CS

Staff was helpful , resort was super clean , rooms modern , hot tub was hot , pool bar makes great drinks . Beach access and lounge chairs umbrellas included. Great location to walk around the city felt safe everywhere into the late night. Lots of clubs and bars . Would recommend

By far one of the most wonderful hotel experiences that we’ve encountered. EVER. We were greeted with friendly staff, the rooms were immaculate, the property was clean with every amenity we could ask for, and the location just can’t be beat. We ran in to a challenge with our vehicle and the staff and management team handled our challenges with compassion, professionalism, and absolute exceptional care. We typically stay in 5 star hotels; this hotel surpassed them all. Absolutely incredible!
