「Friendly staff, lovely art deco hotel on Ocean Avenue 」

「The apartment was perfectly clean, and very well-equipped — full set of utensils (spoons, forks, knives), cookware, plates, cups, dishwasher pods, dish soap, sponge, toilet paper, and a Keurig coffee machine. There was also a refrigerator, electric stove, and a beautiful balcony view. The host even provided small amounts of soap, shampoo, and body wash, which was a nice touch. The only downside: they are currently building a pavilion on the beach for an upcoming art exhibition in December, so...

「The apartment is exactly as pictured. It is very clean, modern, and open. The secure entrance is a very nice amenity, and the concierges were friendly and very helpful. The location is ideal. The modern kitchen appliances make it a wonderful place to have a home-cooked meal. The owners left a great deal of recommendations and even sent a list of things to do before we even arrived! I want to also compliment the owners for their prompt response to any question we had about the property or...

「Perfect location right in the heart of South Beach. Very easy check in process. Our host was great at responding to any questions we had. Some of our neighbors were complaining about noise from the club next door, but we did not experience that at all.」

「So originally we booked a 2 queen beds suite but the A/C wasn't working in that room. Prop. Manager was able to switch us to another room that had a King bed and sleeper sofa which worked fine. Bathroom doors were kind of broken though. Keep in mind that this hotel is literally right next to a night club so it can get loud. Appreciated the complimentary ear plugs.」
