「It is by far my favorite rental unit in South Beach and I try to stay there every time it is available during my travel dates. Great location on a quiet side street but still very close to Ocean Drive and the beach. Apartment very clean, spacious, well-furnished and with plenty of daylight. Lot of dining options within walking distance: I personally like Burger Meister and Pizza De Miami in the immediate area, but every type of food and cuisine are accounted for. 「The location was great as it was right in the middle of everything. The unit was very clean and well laid out and decorated to be in sync with the art deco vibe of the area. My wife and I will be back on our next trip to south beach!」

「The place is close enough to walk to anything. The convention center, the beach and dozens of restaurants. You can also hit the Publix just down the street to stock the fridge which is what we did for the essentials. Overall worth what we paid and for what we were looking for. 」

「So originally we booked a 2 queen beds suite but the A/C wasn't working in that room. Prop. Manager was able to switch us to another room that had a King bed and sleeper sofa which worked fine. Bathroom doors were kind of broken though. Keep in mind that this hotel is literally right next to a night club so it can get loud. Appreciated the complimentary ear plugs.」
