「The location was great as it was right in the middle of everything. The unit was very clean and well laid out and decorated to be in sync with the art deco vibe of the area. My wife and I will be back on our next trip to south beach!」

「We were here for spring break and had a great stay. Irina was very responsive and easy to get in touch with. You can't beat the location - Ocean Drive is very walkable and the beach was right across the street! The noise levels did get a bit high at night and the rooftop pool also played super loud music, so keep that in mind if you're looking for a quieter place. There were a few beach chairs in the apartment which was a huge plus. Overall a nice play to spend the week.」

「The location of this property is perfect for access to the beach, Ocean Dr and shopping on Lincoln. Note that the balcony view faces a building but this is as advertised in the listing and not a surprise. I still enjoyed my coffee in the morning and reading out there at night. Some unexpected pleasant surprises included a coffee pot with filters, extremely comfortable bedding, and blackout shades available behind the more sheer shades that allowed the place to have great light in the daytime but...

「Like other reviewers, we chose this place for the location. It is right on South Beach, which is all we wanted. Great location!! Tons of bars and restaurants and extremely easy access to the beach and the ocean. It's small, but we were just 3 of us (couple and our adult daughter), so it was just what we were looking for. I would stay there again. Irina responded to every inquiry we had within minutes. No problems at all. 」
