The person sitting on front desk saying we getting more money for tonight cancel your booking then I said let me talk to verbo suddenly he changed his mind saying your room will be ready in couple of hours our checking time was 4 pm they gave us room 9:30 pm . 「Thought this property looked cute and booked because of the location and because the pictures showed an entire kitchen and it was stated in the listing as well. Upon arrival I went to wash my hands and there was no water. My fiancé looked underneath the sink and the pipes were not connected. Neither the microwave nor stove worked either. 「We showed up for our reservation at 1pm and they did not have any record of it despite us receiving an email 2 days before saying “ get ready for your stay” with some check in details. After calling several times into expedia and them trying to contact the “host” of the property they were never able to get in contact with them (voice mail, expired number, & the wrong number all occurred). 「I had the best time here! I would definitely stay here again. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean with a nice pool and a cute room. The shower has great water pressure and heat too. The beach is a few mins walk. There’s 2 coffee shop cafes on the block. Plus a grocery mart and restaurant and bus stop, all right there.
