「Front female office staff was rude and uninviting. Did not want to help or give instructions when checking in. Room was just okay. Elevators are extremely slow. Nice having a little kitchen and refrigerator with ice maker. Overall it worked out. Would probably not stay in this room again.」

「This place is a gem in downtown Miami. Right beside it is the free metromover train that gets you around the city all the way to the airport. The views from the balcony is amazing. The lounge and pool area are amazing. There are cafes all around and McDonald’s is also right at the end of the short block. It is right across bayside marketplace. Super convenient place. 「We were overall disappointed with the apartment due to the following -advertised to have washer/dryer, toaster etc Had nothing other than fridge & coffee machine, but nothing at all supplied. No coffee, milk, washing liquid to clean dishes, no cloths, rubbish bags, toilet paper. Also the rug was not vacuumed. The positives were the spaciousness, comfortable bed & pool. Also be aware that they will only valet park your car and it is expensive」
