「Very clean, new, spacious condo with everything we needed for a few days. Lovely decor and layout. Would love to have stayed longer! Great location, walkable to the waterfront park, shops, and Kaseya Center. Wonderful amenities as well - wish we had more time to take advantage. As far as the building, the rooftop pool looks like a hot tub though it is not heated. There is street noise, as it is a low floor, and the basketball courts are directly across the hall. Not bad, but worth considering....

The location is excellent - there are convenience stores on both sides of the building, and it’s within walking distance of restaurants, shopping, and the mall.
