The room was very comfortable, spacious and clean. Unfortunately there was a group of people staying in one of the other apartments that went to the pool at 4 am with a large group of girls. They were very loud and recording videos of the girls while one woman asked them to twerk and pose. At one point there was a very loud sound and a man’s voice yelled out that he broke the chair. The conversations and behavior made the situation very concerning and definitely left us feeling that a little more control would be needed in the pool area.

This little apartment was super cute and aesthetically pleasing, me and my friends loved it. It was really clean, the pool was pretty big too. The owner was so sweet, at first we had a hard time with check in but he contacted and we all had a great time. It was close to everything and the ubers were fairly cheap. I’d go back again

Very excellent value. We stayed in a 2 bedroom. Also had a pullout couch available. Excellent location because we love little Havana. Close to: CVS 24 hr, McD’s, Ball and Chain, other live music venues, and amazing food like Cubaocho bar and La Granja. AMAZING POOL AND LANDSCAPING! Suggestions for improvement: - need more hooks in bathroom - need plastic hangers in closets - ants all over the plates on kitchen counter if left with food residue (because if ground floor unit?) - WIFI not working. - 1-2 small packets of laundry detergent. - dish soap. -fresh wrapped dish sponge. -need no smoking signs outside in pool area and front lobby too.

Great stay overall with a few caveats. Pros: The location is a major highlight—within easy walking distance of popular clubs and restaurants, making it perfect for nightlife and dining. The property was very clean and well-maintained, which made for a comfortable stay. The pool area was also a nice bonus—relaxing, tidy, and a great spot to unwind. Cons: Communication with the host could be improved. Late checkout was initially approved but later declined, which was inconvenient and a bit frustrating. There were also a few small ants noticed during the stay—nothing major, but worth mentioning. Lastly, there were occasional security concerns as some guests left the main gate and front door open, which didn’t feel entirely safe. **Overall:** A solid option thanks to its location and cleanliness, but better communication and improved security would make the experience much smoother.

Renovated building not being taken care of. The door locks are difficult to open and loose. There are black scuff marks all over hallways and all over the unit we stayed in. The silverware and pots were dirty and had silverfish bugs. We to get in bed without lights on—IMMEDIATELY started itching. DIRTY SHEETS IN BOTH ROOMS— like with black pubic hair everywhere. Property did nothing about it. The wifi wont work on the tv for more than 10mins and you cant be on both at the same time. We also never had a cleaning for the first 3 days. People doing drugs at the pool. Probably the worst stay I’ve had in awhile.

This place was excellent to be honest. However, it’s on a very busy street and if you are driving, there is nowhere to park. The layout of the apartment was great. It’s very modern and sleek. If you don’t like the overhead light in your bedroom, I suggest that you bring a lamp. Other than that, it’s pretty cool.

Our stay in Miami was very disappointing and did not match the listing. One bedroom had no working electrical outlets, and the primary bathroom shower repeatedly broke. Maintenance fixed it once, but when it stopped working again and we requested service two days before checkout, no one ever came despite telling us they would. We also experienced three power outages during our stay. The Wi-Fi barely worked and was too slow to reliably download anything or use for normal internet needs. Cleanliness was another issue. We found a pile of bugs under one of the beds, which was unacceptable. The entire building also smelled strongly of marijuana, making the environment unpleasant throughout our stay. Finally, the unit was noticeably smaller than advertised in the listing. Between the maintenance problems, unreliable Wi-Fi, power outages, cleanliness concerns, marijuana odor, and misleading description of the space, this property did not meet expectations. We would not stay here again and hope these issues are addressed for future guests.

The entire unit felt neglected and poorly prepared. It seemed like a rushed turnover to accommodate the next guest. There was human hair in the bed, on the floor, and even around the toilet. I specifically requested that the unit be deep cleaned prior to check-in, and that request was clearly not fulfilled. The level of cleanliness and overall preparation was extremely disappointing and far below expectations. The unit also had a strong cigarette odor upon arrival. Management offered to use an ozone machine; however, those cannot be safely operated while people or animals are present, so this was not a practical solution during my stay. Parking was also an issue, as there was no clearly designated or convenient option. Additionally, trash was scattered along the sidewalk, and the backyard pool area did not provide the peaceful, relaxing environment that was advertised. Overall, I would not recommend this property. If cleanliness, fresh air, and a calm atmosphere are priorities for you, I would suggest considering other accommodations.

This place does not have a front desk or personnel onsite. The location is not secure and there is a gap in the fence that allows a person easy access to the interior grounds. This combined with an easily bypassed front door and faulty electronic locking system can put determined average criminals INSIDE the building with no way to counter this. I noticed the front door was not locking and that it was broken. I notified the whatsapp account manned by the hotel. Their response was that their maid said the lock was not broken. This was false, and proven false when they fixed it the next morning. They argued with me and told me the door was not broken as if they were there to see it with their own eyes. That certainty was given to them from their maid/locksmith, and my inability to lock the door did not warrant an emergency repair of the door. Amazingly, the door locked the next morning after the repairman came and fixed it. No apology for the 36 or so hours the property was unsecured, Nothing. Something that could have been fixed in a half workday ended up taking one and a half. All because no employees were onsite. That is the fatal flaw of this business model. Its insecure in an insecure neighborhood. I lived in that neighborhood in the past so I know. Avoid this place and their incompetence. There are better options that are priced competitively.
