It’s not a hotel; there’s no lobby or room service. When I checked out on the day of my departure, they called me at 11 am and informed me that I could extend my check-out time. They provided me with a link to pay for the extended check-out, which cost me $60.
However, at approximately 1:20 pm, Cindy, a staff member, called me and was extremely rude. She informed me that I had to check out within 15 minutes or she would call the police on me. I tried to explain that I had paid for the extended check-out, but she denied my request and told me that it was denied.
Ten minutes later, Cindy arrived at my room and knocked on the door. She threatened me and my family, stating that she would call the police and accuse us of trespassing. It was an extremely inconvenient situation.
After I checked out, I called the management and explained the entire incident. They attempted to conceal Cindy’s name, but later, she sent me an apology message. However, her apology was not acceptable.
