「The hotel and amenities were ok. The property was clean and comfortable; however, the staff were unbothered and not very engaging. It’s a perfect location though if you’re intending to shop at Dadeland Mall. In terms of value for money I’d say no, because no perks like complimentary breakfast etc. I’m a Marriott Bonvoy member and I didn’t feel special. I would not stay back at this hotel.」

「Upon arrival valet parking was terrible all the entrance was blocked off with vehicles. When I asked at the front desk gentlemen seemed flustered and didn’t seem like they had a plan to execute. Associate claimed they had more then usual check ins (weird for a Friday ; thought this would be previously arranged with a plan to execute) room felt muggy , AC was not cool enough despite turning down the temperature and the AC made a rattling noise all night everyone or shut off. Small beds and odor...
