「Great location, property and host」

「部屋はメゾネットタイプで広く、キッチンもあるので長期滞在に向いています。 その他サービス等に関しては非常に残念な施設でした。シーツには汚れがあり、ベッドマットレスは寝返りするたびに音がするため良く寝られず、用意してある食器も汚れているため使用できませんでした。最も酷かったのはチェックイン時です。自分が決裁したカードではないカード番号を見せられてサインをしろと言われ、説明もされませんでした。また別途サービス料28USD（プール使用料、Wi-Fi使用料、パーティー料等らしいです）が必要だと言われ、カードで支払おうとすると何度もスワイプされ、結果的にはカードが使用停止にされ、その後の旅行で非常に困りました。海外の方だったら問題ないのかもしれませんが、日本人には向かないと思います。個人的には二度と利用しません。」

「We’ve stayed here a few times and love the location and space. I did have problems getting in touch with the owner about adding an additional day, so communication could be improved. Otherwise this is a lovely place to watch the sunrise. 」

「If you’d like to stay at the Ritz and enjoy the amenities at a discount this is a great option. You will certainly be paying enough at the hotel restaurants on top of parking and the resort fee so it’s great to save money on the room. It’s a great option for the price but just be aware the room could use a deep cleaning. The main issues were the bathtub drain is clearly blocked and drains slowly, the bathroom vent is disgusting and full of dust and the floor wiped up brown when we had a spill so...
