"We had an amazing time at the Miami Hilton blue Lagoon"

"No fridge or microwave. Have to go to lobby to use microwave. You can hear people outside pulling luggage and every time the close a door in next room or the door coming in and out. The doors are heavy and hard to close. The doors make alot of noise. Nice worker has a bob and a little older. I didn’t get her name. There is a Wendy’s next door and Dennys next door as well. That was a plus. "

"Clean Room, Easy check-in process, Great tv. Comfortable bed, quiet. Couple of things to be aware of. Breakfast on site is $42 a person! Pre-paying may be cheaper. All bar & food services have automatic 18% charges added. Room lighting is nice, but swiching can be confusing. There is a light that outlines the TV, and the shut on/off is in a black rectangle in the bench fixture below theTV. "

"All we asked for was to move the reservation to be delayed 1 day due to missed flight because of government shutdown TSA. Been staying here for years. Never again. Poor poor decision by the hotel."

"I’ve never been disappointed with a Hilton until now. Most upsetting was our room and I MUST say that nothing about this hotel matches the description listed on Expedia. My friends bed comforter had several, large areas of old, dried blood on it and pillowcases on both beds were torn in multiple places. As a nurse I was disgusted by the blood on the linens and cited OSHA to housekeeping and the front desk, but wasn’t offered as much as an apology or room change. 30 minutes after being reported a kind maintenance man( not housekeeping) came to the room and changed the linens. Only upside to this facility is the view and breakfast from the 10th floor….but that will never make up for bloody linens on the bed."
