"Hotel (which I am using VERY generously) is an old apartment building type feel with people who are living there full time. It reeks of all kinds of smells(THC, Mildew, musty). When we pulled up, there was an altercation at the club across the street. The girl checking us in was very kind so that was a plus. King room was TINY and bathroom was smaller than a cruise ship bathroom. I definitely would not stay here again and the only reason we didn’t try to find another hotel was due to our flight landing late and it being after midnight."

"This hotel is right next to the airport so it's convenient for early morning flights, but of course you also get airport noise. When we visited the front desk was under construction so we checked in at a folding table with a computer. When came back from going to dinner the elevator was out of order and we had to walk up 6 flights of stairs to get to our room. We worried all night we may have to carry suitcases down 6 flights of stairs! Thankfully elevator was working in the morning. Clean room and good price but very basic. Okay for a few hours before a flight."

"Room was dirty and we were able to look at 3 other rooms which all were dirty in some way. Would’ve checked out if I didn’t have a surgery scheduled early that next morning and wasn’t interested in trying to stress about somewhere else to stay. We bought cleaning supplies and room spray because it smelled very musty and we dealt with it ourselves."

"Room was clean but the smell from the carpet was very potent in a bad way. We had a accessible room which was very spacious. The hotel included breakfast and coffee/tea/water around the clock which was nice but it does fill up with a lot of people who are cruising that are staying there. Main reason for booking this hotel is they offered complimentary airport and cruise transportation. The issue with the cruise transportation is it was the employee of the shuttle service asked if we were going to the cruise terminal and we did ensure our names were on the list the night before for a 12:30p pick up. HUGE problem was that after loading up our bags, it was difficult for us 2 find a seat and the shuttle employee had asked the male person to stand up the entire drive to the cruise terminal while they gave up their seat to us. We were also offered return to airport with the same shuttle service for $15 per person on disembarkation -WARNING take a Uber it is not as bad as they say - They give you a sticker, they say to place on your shirt the day of pick up and to be at the pick up area no later then 8am or they will pass you and the next shuttle is not until 5p. I know this is not the hotels issue but they do deal with this shuttle service. The driver was VERY CARELESS AND DANGEROUS DRIVER to where the people in the shuttle van were extremely concerned with his driving (cutting cars/almost hitting cars). Still need to report him."
