The room itself is very spaciously designed and the property has a relax and clean vibe. The only issue we had was with the room’s washer that didn’t work. We called but it was never resolved before we left. Also, they can do a little better with answering their lobby and service lines when getting calls from the room. We would stay again but those were just details that could definitely be improved.

I stayed at the property for 4 nights during a business trip and my room was never serviced despite the fact that I called for housekeeping service everyday and asked them to service the room. On my last day I called the front desk and asked to speak with a manager and was told he wasn't there until tomorrow. The room was comfortable and having a kitchen was helpful during my trip because I was able to cook a few nights, but the service and staff were not helpful at all. Not a great experience, especially because I travel for work quite often.

The room was very spacious, clean, and nice! However, during the three nights we stayed, no one came to pick up the trash or provide fresh towels. The phone in the room also didn’t work, so I had to use my personal phone to call the front desk whenever I needed assistance. Unfortunately, the internet connection was poor as well. Overall, the room itself was great, but the lack of housekeeping, working phone, and reliable Wi-Fi definitely took away from the experience.
