The check in process with the valet was long and difficult. Once we were helped, the bellman was nice. Getting up the stairs with a stroller was nearly impossible. Our room was clean but the beds were really uncomfortable. Loved the patio to the boardwalk and quick access to beach.

The room itself is good and clean But you can only hook up one appliance at a time or the power will go out. All communication is on Whatsapp pretty annoying. There is 4 elevators and only 1 was working. I was there for over a week. Alot of people. I don't know what the owner pay for maintenance a month if the elevators don't work. The beach is private and pool is nice but I think this is the last time I will be booking there. The transportation is easy with the buses . If you have a car it takes a long time to park for vallet

I don't know where to start what I can say is that it has a spectacular view and the sea looks beautiful but the property is very neglected it is very dirty the door is too dirty and it looks terrible difficult to close and open the air conditioning literally useless. The bathroom is very old suddenly the smoke alarm sounds out of nowhere the pillows are too old and the attention is terrible!!

I hated the strong awful smell in the building as you walk into the lobby or apartment/room. The mattress was extremely uncomfortable, thin, springy and you could feel it creek each time you laid down. The building is not well taken care of, the bathtub had chipped paint and the curtains where stained. However, did like that there was a kitchen, fridge, and electric stove to cook on including cookware, dishes and utensils. I also enjoyed the beach being practically in the back yard.

Beach view beautiful everything else was horrible room was very old and moist it was freezing and even with the a.c off!!!! The kitchen area was dirty the microwave was dirty the bathroom needs to be redone we had to talk through what’s app in order to get things for the room no wash rags no bathroom rug

I was pleased with the location and the ocean view. The place is not five star rating but for the price, you can't beat it. Also a big plus is the free parking which is a rarity in this area.

The room was clean. But it did still smell like it used to be a smokers room. That’s why it get a 4 star. But the convenience of having the beach next door makes it awesome. The pool and food tiki place next to it top it. The food and drink are good. The valet does take a bit sometimes, over 10minute for the car

The room was great! It was clean and spacious and had everything we needed. The only thing we couldn’t access, but were able to get from someone local to the building, was a laundry card. I would just double check that if you need to do a wash. Other than that, everyone was amazing! Also, the coffee on the lower level is FABULOUS!! Thanks for a wonderful and relaxing stay!
