The hotel room was nice, could definitely use an update. Extremely nice lobby. As long as you have a car there are things close by. It didn’t look very walkable though. Booked a Jr. suite and there were towels/wash clothes for 2, no additional blankets or pillows in the closet. For such a large room it should have had the appropriate number of items. The size of the room was excellent for a family. There was plenty of space. Lastly the check in time was pretty late at 4pm. The app stated check out was at 11am but my confirmation stated noon.

I have to say that this hotel has a lot of stuff to improve on 1. The hidden fees that they don’t tell you about. When we got to the hotel we had no clue we would have to put another 350 down. Then our room was on the roof. We was not expecting that neither. I truly beileive that charging people to park there. After all you pay there you have to pay for parking. There needs to be readjustment in policy in the hotel. It is bad because the employees have to hear about it and it is not fair. They are good people all the staff did great. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The breakfast is not included. You pay 30 dollars for breakfast. Just for one person. All it is is eggs, suasage, toast, french toast, bacon, fruit. For as much as you pay it should be included. We feel that the room we had was uncall for and we should be given credit for another room. Barbara jones
