"Room very comfortable. The morning person running the front desk on Subday was amazing. The lobby was total mayhem with breakfast and people trying to catch shuttles to the cruise port. She managed it all with such grace. "

"Would stay again, precruise. Uber cheaper to cruise port than their 3rd party shuttle. Property is very pretty. We did laundry the evening of our stay, but only one washer and dryer so first come first serve. Every place is expensive in Miami. "

"The staff was great. The room was spotless and the amenities provided everything we needed. It would be nice if cleaning staff would come in daily to just make the bed and replenish the coffee - no full cleaning necessary. "

"Front desk staff person was beyond excellent!! A whole bunch of flights got canceled and she alone dealt with dozens of irritated, tired travelers beginning at around 11:15pm Sunday night (2/15). She was friendly and efficient and got us into our room in a timely manner despite a very long line (she even answered the phone when we called ahead and was pleasant and helpful!). When we checked out at 5am today (2/16), she was still there, by herself and still friendly and efficient. I didn’t get her name but she was a hero!"

The front desk was helpful in helping us to find a nice seafood restaurant close by. It was great that there was a clean and convenient laundry room in the lobby. The hotel doesn’t look fancy from the outside, but it was inside that made the difference. The complimentary airport shuttle really was a plus for us."
