The Betsy never fails to disappoint. Since Covid, they closed off traffic on Ocean Drive, which makes the hotel that much nicer. A little oasis in Miami Beach. High class, refined, lots of art. I really enjoyed there. I’ve been going there for several years and I’ll continue to go.

We went for a girls weekend and were really excited to stay at the Betsy. Unfortunately we were let down. Does not feel like a 4 star hotel - more like a 3 star. There are no amenities except for the pool. The rooms are super tight, the walls are very thin and the beds are uncomfortable. They made many mistakes during the stay for which the manager apologized at the end of our stay. Great location though.

The Betsy has an amazing vibe. The rooms are on the small side but very functional and homey with books and knick knacks. The staff is amazing and many have been there for many years. Door bell staff that have been there for 7-8 years and we have seen each of the 4 times we have stayed. LT restaurant quite good and breakfast can be included in the stay. Highly recommend the Betsy if you want to stay in South Beach.
