It’s a very quaint hotel and tons of restaurants to walk to and if you want to do some shopping, it’s only about 10 minute walk away. The food was excellent. I ate two desserts, the Panna cotta and some milk chocolate caramel something that was incredible.

This hotel is an absolute gem. The staff is so friendly and attentive, they were always going above and beyond. There is so much to explore on the property. All of the food and drinks were delicious. The rooms are small but the amenities throughout the hotel make up for that.

We loved our stay at the Betsy. It’s a beautiful hotel that offers a respite from the louder locations along Ocean Drive. Beach across the street with plenty of chaises that are not on top of each other. Such attentive staff, a beautiful, spotless room. We had one breakfast and one dinner at the Betsy… both meals were excellent. Love the piano in the lobby. We highly recommend the Betsy. We will return!

Room 347 was great, just noisy next to the delivery area, I would not stay in that room again, but the hotel was great. Service in the restaurant was just okay, the hostess was rude, food was good, server was not observant, breakfast service on the 29th October.

Great location and staff was amazing. Rooms are EXTREMELY small and dated. Felt dirty as well. The steak restaurant LT was definitely a 5 star bill but the dinner lacked anything special. The steaks were all tough and flavorless. Total waste of a nights dinner. Spoke with several people at the pool who had the same experience. The pizza place at the hotel was phenomenal and probably the best pizza I have ever had! Drinks at the pool are way overpriced ($90 for 4 drinks). Nothing was terrible, and again, staff was wonderful but absolutely not worth several thousand dollars for a few days stay. Much better options for that kind of money with the same great location and way better rooms and amenities.
