"Overall the rooms were very clean!!! They offered free bottle waters & Nespresso coffee. Umbrellas & chairs for the beach also included….its a plus because it’s a short 3 min walk to the beach. Location wise…..it’s perfectly situated, close to everything (including Trolley stop right in front)!!!! Unfortunately the ceilings are paper thin….past midnight and again 4am we heard every step, bang and movement on top and even had to call the front desk (we didn’t have a good nights sleep). There is remodeling of their dining bar, so the continental breakfast was being served up in the front “bar” but we recommend having a form of warming up their croissant sandwiches. All our members of our travel group recommend change the hotel incense (as the one they have has a peculiarly non attractive smell). Staff was very welcoming and one of the servicemen was very nice & friendly to my kids, offering him a surfoboard for the beach :)"

"Old grand dame has sadly gone downhill. No chairs by the pool, uncaring and often rude staff and servers at the vastly overpriced poolside restaurant La Cote. No coffee maker in the room, massive lineup at the little overpriced coffee bar near the lobby where guests flock because that’s your only option. Obnoxious guests with children packing hot tubs and playing football in the pools. It’s really gone in the wrong direction and hilariously ironic are the photos of Sinatra snd Rat Pack members who probably enjoyed the hotel in its heyday. They are rolling in their graves at the lack of service and low class shrine the Fountainbleu has sadly become."
