「Overall, it was a good experience. There were a few things in the room that needed some maintenance, and had that maintenance been done, it would have improved the experience. I thought it was a little tacky that they charge a resort fee per day, but it doesn't give you access to anything unique that other hotels already offer without charging a resort fee. And I was a little offended that I was expected to remove my trash out of my room when I checked out.」

「Their staff is so helpful and the rooms are very clean.」

「It was the perfect size and location for our trip to Zion NP. It was clean, well organized and well stocked. The only downfall was the open shower/bathroom arrangement that made the floor very slippery after one showered. Otherwise, we loved our stay here!」

「all good」

「Beautiful house and the host was very quick to respond to any communication. We had one minor issue of the sink faucet leaking and maintenance was there immediately. Great service! Will be using them again!」

「It was a really nice place to stay. Boutique hotels are my favorite and this one had everything you would need. The cafe downstairs was also an added touch!」

「This is a very cute place.」

「Honestly this location was great except the HOST / VRBO! Description is not true! There is no canyon view for a studio room. You have to get a one bedroom and then 3 days before arrival put a request for a room. VRBO was no help. I booked this stay because it said it had a view. Extremely disappointing!!!!! We looked at a parking lot and a maintaince building that the laundry was being done all night! Do NOT PUT YOUR REQUEST THROUGH HOST THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU.」

「This was our second year booking this property. We came back because we loved it. We booked it for the amenities in the house, game room. The driving games and the basketball counter did not work only the shooting game. Also the night we arrived someone was putting some food in the freezer and the handle broke making it difficult to use. I called the office in the morning. They sent someone out just st to look. Later a man came back but couldn’t fix it and left. That was it no one came. The...

「We had a great stay! The kids loved the pool!」

「ビーチまでのアクセスが大変良く、ブギーボードや浮き輪など用意されていたので快適に楽しめました。キッチンの設備も充実していて、自炊も問題なく出来ました。 リッツのファシリティが使えたのもとても良かったです。」

「Our stay was beautiful and scenic views. The villa was exceptional and the kitchen was fully loaded ready to cook. We enjoyed the quaint areas of leisure. I felt as though we were in Tuscany …. beautiful property wonderful accommodations. If you plan on swimming check weather.」

「Great location and nice property. Communication with host was not good.」
