「Traveled with our cats this hotel is pet friendly only downfall was that they charged $50 a night for pet fee that could get a little pricey if your staying for an extended time. 」

「The hotel was beautiful and the staff was welcoming upon arrival. We were able to check in early which was great. This hotel has a lounge area that we took advantage of in the evening and the bartender, Lily was very friendly and efficient. Overall l highly recommend this hotel for friendly service, very clean rooms and comfy beds. Lovely place to stay in Pigeon Forge!!」

「Every room has a TV and the game room is a lot of fun. Beds are very comfortable. Kitchen has a lot of utility and there are plenty of dishes, glasses and serving utensils. The downstairs bathroom fan did not work. The floors were dirty. The electric oven did not cycle to maintain a consistent heat and had to be turned on and off to cook our steaks (thankfully we had smart thermometer probes or else cooking with the oven would have been extremely difficult). The oven, when on at all, continues...
