「Awesome place. Only issue is being a gym rat there were teenage kids in the gym using the equipment in an unsafe manner. The sign says no children under 16 without supervision. Furthermore, a gentleman had his 5-6 year old son in there, wearing his pajamas and flip flops, lifting weights while the father walked on the treadmill and not supervising his child.」

「Every room has a TV and the game room is a lot of fun. Beds are very comfortable. Kitchen has a lot of utility and there are plenty of dishes, glasses and serving utensils. The downstairs bathroom fan did not work. The floors were dirty. The electric oven did not cycle to maintain a consistent heat and had to be turned on and off to cook our steaks (thankfully we had smart thermometer probes or else cooking with the oven would have been extremely difficult). 「There was no hot water they charged me twice for my room breakfast was the worst I ever had it looked like it hasn't been vacuumed since the hotel was built the air conditioner didn't work the maintenance guy said it was our fault we made it freeze up the trim piece fell off the wall 」

「Rooms and public areas very good condition and spotless. Walk-in shower in room looked new and rain head nice. Didn't use pool area. Parking limited but I knew that as this was my third stay. 」

「The carpets in our room was very dirty. When we walked barefoot, our feet were black.the rooms were adequate and large.great beds.but in need of some upgrading and deep cleaning.The breakfast buffet needed more choices, maybe some pastries or bagels.it left alot to be desired. We ate their once and then went out to eat.the room staff brought fresh towels and emptied the trash.that was it.never vacuumed in the 4 days we were there. And unfortunately and unbeknownst to us.There was a car show...

「We came to Pigeon Forge for our 30th wedding anniversary and stayed here because it was close to the dinner shows. Everything was great! Guy at the front desk was super nice and it was so relaxing to sit down by the water. My husband stayed here when he was younger. We will definitely stay here again in the future. 」
