ダウンタウン・ガトリンバーグ ホテル

「場所が良くて色々と行動するのに良かった」

「The hotel and staff were wonderful. The hotel is located in the center of the Gatlinburg actives. The perfect location for families and couples. 5 Stars」

「The room was very outdated and had a strong musty odor upon walking in the room. It was extremely outdated and the blinds were broken and there was not enough lighting in the room. It felt like an old dark cave. We tried to get a different room but they were sold out, when the maintenance man came to our room, it felt like he was trying to convince us to keep the blinds broken. We said we needed some natural light in the room because the dim light from the lamps was terrible. The bathroom had...

「Room with balcony and fireplace was great. Have stayed at this property numerous times times and it never disappoints!」

「Charming oasis in downtown Gatlinburg! Centrally located property with an inviting porch and rocking chairs for relaxing after exploring the town. Room was a bit dated but clean. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was ample, with good variety and quite tasty. Staff was helpful and friendly.」

「They literally joke on the name of breakfast. They were having only breads in the breakfast and a non working toaster. They literally said breads are there but toaster is not working. Property is okay okay but limited place for the parking. If you got the space then okay but don’t expect to take your car out and come back again to park.」

「Bed mattresses were good. Parking was good. Air conditioning was not working properly in mid 80 degree weather. Air blower vents dirty had to self clean. Room not staying cool no matter what setting. Room could have been cleaner and not so musty feeling. Not a big selection for the continental breakfast. First stay and probably won’t be back. Price per night of over $200 was not worth it for our experience. We tolerated due to only being there 2 nights.」

「スタッフはフレンドリーです。街の中心までの距離も近く、レストラン、買い物にも便利です。コスパ最高です。」

「It’s in such a convenient spot, clean and safe feeling, parking lot is small but still fine stayed the last 3 times we been there」

「This is a very nice hotel, we definitely enjoyed our stay here. The starbucks inside is definitely a plus!」

「We had been told the facilities had been renovated in the last few years. The room we had, although clean, looked as though it had new flooring and paint, but the entrance door to the room looked as though it was ready to fall off and hard to open, as well as the door handle to the balcony, the counters in and outside the bathroom looked to be from the 1960s, as did the sinks and mirrors. No secure WIFI. The staff at the desk seemed nice enough but all and all, to us, the room was not worth the...

「Location was best part / very dated room and building」

「Overall, this was a great place to stay if you’re looking to be right in downtown Gatlinburg! The room was clean, and the location made it easy to walk downtown and enjoy everything nearby. A couple of things to keep in mind: bring extra pillows, and be prepared for check-in to take longer than expected. We arrived just five minutes before the scheduled 4:00 PM check-in time, but our room hadn’t even been cleaned yet. Other than the check-in delay, we had a great experience, and the convenience...

「The room itself felt dirty. The floors were dirty and we had to walk in shoes around the room otherwise our socks would be ruined. The hot tub in the room had several pieces of someone else’s hair in it along with other debris so it did not feel safe to use. The shower sprayed in random directions causing the floor to food with water. There was also no refrigerator provided even though it was supposed to be included. Breakfast was great no issues.」
