「The cabin is beautiful and very clean. Very close to Gatlinburg. I would recommend bringing a fan for the upstairs loft room- it was significantly hotter up there than the downstairs. I would recommend checking the appliances when you arrive. We realized on Tue that the dryer wasn’t working. Contacted the host and they did get their own maintenance guy out that afternoon- he said he would get the appliance guy out ASAP. I inquired again on Wednesday if they knew when that might be- the response...

「We had a great stay overall! This was our second year staying at Deer Ridge Resort, and we ended up getting the exact same condo both times. The mountain view right from the deck is absolutely amazing. We traveled by car with 2 adults and 4 kids to enjoy the fall foliage. During our trip, we spent time at the clubhouse, took in the breathtaking scenery, and saw lots of active wildlife around—including elk, turkeys, geese, and even a bear on our drive down the mountain! We also plan to stop by...

「Amazing Cabin. Very clean, quiet and beautiful. The TVs were preloaded with some accessible apps. The views were amazing and the hot tub was great.
My family had a great time.
The drive up was a little steep and the driveway is somewhat awkwardly shaped. The hosts ask guests to strip beds, run the dishwasher, take out the trash and adjust the thermostat.
The one thing that I was less than impressed was the presence of a tip envelope. I’m not sure if the owners know this is placed in the...

「The place its self is beautiful. The location is amazing. What was frustrating is on expedia they dont tell you about the addition security deposit. They also did not give us the code information until we were 10 minutes out. That was frustrating because we through it might have been a scam. Also there were packages left outside. We were asked to bring them in. Thats fine we did no problem but there was no where to put then that was not in our way.」

「The pictures of the property - LIE. This is a rundown motel that the owners truly don't care about. The carpet was dirtier than the asphalt outside. The wall sockets were UPSIDE DOWN, the lighting felt like they were using 25 watt bulbs. The towels looked like they were going to fall apart any second. In all this is a third rate place that I would never book again.」
