「well designed room and great breakfast bar.」

「I rarely leave negative reviews, but our stay at this hotel was unacceptable. We booked through Expedia for the Fourth of July weekend and expected a clean, comfortable room. Instead, we walked into a room that clearly had not been cleaned properly. There were dead bugs on the shower ceiling, crumbs and trash on the floor, including someone else's receipt, what appeared to be blood on the bed sheets, a leaking shower, and what appeared to be fecal matter near the toilet. These are not minor...

「Great first time experience staying here. Friendly staff, clean room close to Tanger Outlets and short drive to Dollywood.」

「Room large, but needed chairs for the table. Toilet is way too close to the tub. Room was clean. Liked the drip coffee maker. Did not try the breakfast because it was quite a distance from our room. Property is very large with multiple buildings. We were in an older area. Best thing was the private creekside balcony. The rushing water sounded great and there were two comfortable chairs and a small table.」

「Only 2 downsides; it is off the main roadway in an holler and Clientele blew noses over breakfast selection while making their plates which is beyond nasty.」

「My family's stay at the Creekstone Inn was mostly enjoyable. Check-in was quick and easy, although we did need to drive a couple of blocks to reach the building where our room was located. This wasn't a problem for us, but it may be worth noting for future guests. We visited over the Fourth of July weekend, so parking was somewhat limited. The room was clean, spacious, and larger than most hotel rooms we've stayed in. One of the highlights was the private balcony overlooking the Little Pigeon...

「The carpet was stained in the rooms. Could use some updates. Hair on the bed. Could look over the cleanliness of the room before guests check in. There’s a lot of children that stay here that contributes to the stains in the carpet and messy floors.」

「Rooms was cleaned daily and the balcony was nice. We didn't eat the breakfast and the night shift clerk was always good and sleeping. We will be back next year.」

「It is a delightful inn on a hill near Smokey Mountain National Park. The breakfast is very basic "fast food" such as boxed cereal and hard boil egg, juice, coffee/tea. Not fancy, but sufficient. The best feature is the kindness of the staff -- very pleasant and sure to please.」

「Very nice hotel overall. Great spot for walking the trail to the Island and to the Old Mill. Would recommend if you’re looking for a non strip hotel in pigeon forge, but with the convenience of the being walkable to the strip.」
