"Most excellent Hotel I have ever stayed at. The staff was very friendly, helpful. They were outstanding! Wonderful hotel very clean and had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay! The bartender was great and also very helpful for the area. She recommended several places which turned out to be wonderful!"

"I rarely leave negative reviews, but our extended stay here was incredibly disappointing. The first thing we noticed was how filthy the floors were. Walking around the room barefoot for even a short time left our feet completely black. Before we could even unpack, I had to go buy disinfecting wipes and clean parts of the room myself. There were dead bugs and pet hair under and around the furniture, which made it obvious the room hadn't been thoroughly cleaned in quite some time. To make matters worse, we were placed in an adjoining room next to extremely loud guests who had a dog that barked at all hours of the night and early morning. We were repeatedly woken up throughout the night and never got to sleep past about 6:30 a.m. Despite the constant noise, staff never offered to move us to another room. One of the most upsetting incidents happened in the laundry room. I left my backpack on top of the dryer we were actively using while I walked back to our room to grab fabric softener. The trip took only a few minutes. When I returned, my backpack was gone. This was not a purse as staff repeatedly referred to it—it was a large, expensive backpack. We still had clothes in the dryer, and the backpack had been sitting on top of that dryer. When I reported it, the guy that said he was the staffing manager's response was shocking. He smiled, giggled, repeatedly called it a purse, and immediately started making excuses about how it was "probably another guest"no help."
