"Hotel was under renovation while we stayed. Luck of the draw with this, but would have been nice to know ahead of time. We specifically booked this hotel because of the river walk and pavilion in the back. 6 cargo containers, a dumpster and a telescopic forklift were parked out back and we were awakened early each morning by renovations to nearby rooms. Fridges and microwaves stored on the other side of our rooms wall was not fun to hear being piled up. Room cleanliness was good and the staff was friendly and kind."

"The staff was friendly. The breakfast was okay. Unfortunately it was the same every single day. 5 days of the same thing was rough. Some days bacon was very under cooked. My biggest complaint about the breakfast was the coffee. It was so watered down. For me this was disappointing but Starbucks was not a long drive. The kids had a blast overall the resort was well cared for and lots to do. I do feel there were not enough staff on the grounds outside to monitor the “unmonitored” older kids who were unsafe and making it difficult for the younger kids to navigate the slides and stairs. "

"Super friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast choices. Plenty of space for seating to enjoy your meal. Pool, hot tub and splash pad were welcomed entertainment on a rainy day. Our stay was amazing!"

"Breakfast buffet was nice. Staff were friendly. The room was large, however there was no luggage stand, and the bathroom needs updating. Cracked tiles and no hooks on the wall/door to hang towels."

"The Elevator was out of order a few times. That’s the only issue we had. Everything else was great. The staff was friendly and always had fresh coffee made. I will be staying there for future trips. "

"The staff were very friendly and super helpful and the room was spacious and clean (we got a jacuzzi room.) They have a good breakfast until 10 am, and don’t have signs posted about not taking it back to the room. This was a huge benefit to our family! I can’t tell you how many times I’ve stayed in other hotels and needed to grab a quick breakfast and take it back to our room and have been discouraged by signs posted everywhere requesting guests to eat in the designated area. They also have a nice outside pool with optional kiddie pool area, as well as an indoor pool and jacuzzi. I don’t normally rate hotels but our family really enjoyed our stay here. Thank you for the wonderful accommodations! We plan to come back in the future!"
