"The hotels grounds are beautiful. People were cleaning and also planting flowers the 5 days I was there. The room was also very clean. No need to bring your own pillows. I had a Keurig in my room and also K Cups were provided. They have donuts, fruit and beverages in the office anytime you need a little treat. When you check in you are given a packet that has your vouchers for free breakfast at Reagans across the street. You can get free pancakes or you can pay $6.00 and get the breakfast buffet. It's a very delicious breakfast. This is my favorite place to stay!"

"A fabulous hotel!!! This is most likely the cleanest, best run hotel in both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. We booked a king room w/pool view, 2 nights. The room was very spacious, immaculate (like the entire hotel premises) and sound proof. The bathroom was very spacious and very clean. The breakfast buffet had an abundance of choices including eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes, pastries, fresh fruit, coffee, OJ, cranberry and apple juice. The dining area was clean, spacious and open 6-10am. The pool areas were well maintained and provided towels, lounge chairs, tables and chairs. The hotel is centrally located and only 5 min to The Island. Overall, we would rate this facility 5 star+ and will make this our new go-to hotel while visiting Pigeon Forge. "

"Very quiet. Hotel rooms were clean and the staff was very nice at the front desk and breakfast was hot and very accommodating. Was very well lit at night and parking was super easy."

"Couldn't have asked for a better stay. We stayed there last year and had the same excellent service. We even extended another night and the front end manager was fantastic to talk to and was able to get us the same room for another night. Breakfast was amazing as well. Highly recommend. You won't be disappointed "
