We had a great stay at Margaritaville Island Hotel! The village view was nice, though I’m sure the fountain view is even better. Our room was spacious, clean, and included a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. Valet was super convenient ($25/day), and we loved that the hotel provided coupons for nearby attractions. There was so much to do in the village that we only used our car one day. The staff was pleasant and very family-friendly, but the highlight was the cleaning crew. They thoughtfully placed my son’s stuffed dog on the bed, taking such great care of it. That small gesture meant a lot. Already planning our next trip back!

Only objection to my stay was the parking. If you park yourself, you are at least five to ten minute walk from the hotel. You can pay for valet parking at $23 a night!

I really enjoyed the location and the hotel was nice. But i was in river balcony room and the geese was horrible. The noise was constant and hard to rest and sleep or enjoy the view. i get it's nature but I feel guest should be told and have option for other rooms. But other than that i really enjoyed the property.

The room and view was great. Most of the staff was friendly. The valet guys when we arrived was not courteous. Even getting the truck during the stay they continued to be not courteous. We did have encounter a guy in a jacket (manager maybe?) and an older guy while we were checking out that was very attentive and nice. Besides the valet issues. We enjoyed our stay.

The service here was good. The valet team was very efficient. However, we were in a Riverview room thinking it would be relaxing. It was not. The abundance of geese were extremely loud and aggressive all night. We did not get any sleep.

Our suite was beautiful and huge! We had a good view from our balcony, not spectacular, but good. The staff could not be more friendly and helpful. Our room was spotlessly clean, we had plenty of drawer space, closet space and the bathroom counter ran the entire length of the wall. So much room, plus two sinks in the bathroom. They provide shampoo, conditioner and body wash from the Spa that is AMAZING. You will really enjoy this resort. There is a Starbucks on site and a Margaritaville steps away. We will be back!

Front desk and valet attendants were just wonderful. Always smiling and ready to assist. Truck was ready and waiting every time we called and asked for it.
