「This was a really nice place to stay. The location was great. It was close to the action but on River Rd so off the main so nice and quiet. Our check-in was nice as we mentioned it was my son’s birthday and the desk clerk left for a moment and came back with a silver gift box filled with Hershey Kisses. We thought that was very kind. We had a balcony overlooking the river which was nice for a relaxing seat. We were pretty close to everything we went to - I think the farthest drive was about 20...

「Room was totally updated and overlooking the inside pool from the third floor. Inside and outside pool was clean as well as the hot tubs. Breakfast was amazing, but no grits or bacon, which I didn't miss. I love the waffles! Close to everything, entertainment, restaurants, Gatlinburg, and Nature. Great spot with a great price as well. Would stay there again and again.」
