「Immaculate apartment in a lovely city. We didn’t use the kitchen much except for coffee and quick breakfasts, but it seemed well stocked. The hosts are up front about noise from the restaurant below and it was noticeable, but nothing too bad and they provide a noise machine. Quieted down after 10-11pm so wasn’t a problem for us. Great communication from host. We would stay here again. 」

「Smokey in Orangeland is an Amazing stay! Walking distance to everything UT and just short drives further out. The building was quiet and the condo was comfortable. Hosts Chris and Ksenia are super responsive and friendly! They certainly paid attention to the details that make a stay away from home absolutely terrific! Would definitely stay here again!」

「Place was very nice, clean, convenient & a slick set up. The video game cabinet was great as well. The couch needs replacing, it’s not comfortable at all, but that’s all I’d change.」

「Property was beautiful and as advertised. We enjoyed fishing and each morning we started with coffee around the fire pit. There were several areas inside and out great for eating and visiting. The pool area was great but not swimming season. The host was quickly responsive to every inquiry. Would highly recommend this property and host. 」
