「We had a great time! The place was clean and cozy and the area was quiet. Just 4 mins to the beach which we frequented during our stay. We had everything we needed during our stay and were close enough to groceries for food! 」

「The house was very clean and well stocked for all beach needs. The kitchen was easy to cook in and had everything we needed. Our kids loved the loft upstairs and the two downstairs bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect for our family. We all enjoyed the outside shower and the grill. 「Great spot!」

「This was easy to find location that is right in between the inlet side and the ocean side allow you access to both sides of Coca Beach. Everything was clean and was easily accessible. A quick walk to the beach and we saw a rocket launch and sea turtle tracks. The owner was fantastic about answering questions and giving local insights. We will definately be staying again. 」

「The property was EXCELLENT. Host communication was great. Private cottage was very clean and very comfortable. would highly recommend this property at any time. Lots of amenities. we stayed pre-cruise. 」

「Wonderful spot in a quiet neighborhood. Loved the fireplace and the overall attention to detail by the property owners. A modernt F. Scott Fitzgerald could surpass “The Great Gatsby” working here. 」

「We absolutely loved the location in regards to the activities we had planned. The layout of home was great! Everything we needed was available. Unfortunately, the shower in the master bath would not maintain a consistent temperature. That was very uncomfortable and took away from what would have been a near perfect stay. The back yard had not been cleaned since recent storms. Was not safe to walk around. Overall was a wonderful stay though. 」

「Perfect for beach and surfing. 5 minute walk as described. Two surf shops, Flohana and Neilson right on the way. Nice little private back yard for a dog. Host is very responsive and helpful. Beach supplies provided and nice beach buggy you push to get your things to the beach. This is a duplex. One private parking provided. There is public parking along the street when available. It is close to downtown. Can walk to restaurants and shops. 」

「A great place to stay before leaving for our cruise. Close to the beach and not far from the port. Kristi went above and beyond for us. She even has beach items for you to use. Definitely will stay here again.」

「This is a wonderful little cottage in a great location in Cocoa beach. Can walk to the beach and resturaunts and quieter than up in the more commercial area. Fenced in back yard was perfect for our dog. Many little touches that made our stay better. Will definitely stay again when in Cocoa beach」

"ディズニークルーズ前に2泊宿泊しました。ケネディ宇宙センターも近く、ご飯を食べる場所も近くにたくさんありました。朝ごはんも美味しかったです。週末だけ10時まで朝ごはんをやっていてゆっくり眠れて良かったです。"
