「A few issues that were immediately resolved by the management company. Adding a TV in the bedroom would be a big plus! The bottle of wine and cookies were a nice touch! See you next year!」

「Great communication, easy trouble free check in, very clean and well maintained, adequately equipped, convenient to everything in the area. Great place to stay with your dog, lots of green area, and a nice walkway all around the property. 」

「Location was ideal as we were about 1/2 mile from public access to ocean, an Aldi’s and a WalMart. About 1/2 mi in other direction was a Publix and Beall’s and other shopping. There were restaurants within walking distance and about 1 mile to restaurants in Melbourne. Unit was clean with plenty of towels, paper products and trash bags to accommodate a 4 week stay. View of small pond and the swimming pool from our deck. Although comfortable, the unit could use some TLC. All 4 chairs around...

It also provided all of the little extras that we appreciated very much (a small cooler, beach bag, beach chairs, beach towels, hand soap, etc.).
