「Very nice property with lots of details in the decor, comfortable and functional furniture. Nice view of the pond from the living area or on the patio. 4 lawn chairs, beach umbrella, a small cooler, etc available for use in the closets. Would stay here again. 」

「We booked this adorable condo for the week so we could compete in the 35th Annual Melbourne Open. It was a beautiful place! The hosts were extremely responsive and accommodating to our needs. They provided everything we needed to make it great trip. 」

「First time renting in Melbourne and first time staying in condo. Both experiences for us were excellent. Location is close to beach and you truly can walk there. Several restaurants close and walkable. Condo is small but more than adaquate. Nice size bedrooms with walkin closets. Very quiet building area. Nice walking around apartments and condos. The property managers were extremely responsive to any requests. Pickleball at Jimmy Moore park is close also. Great time for us!! 」

We've stayed here before & will continue to return. We were here for 3 days this time and love that it is stocked with coffee, creamer & sugar. Having the patio to enjoy our coffee, icing on the cake!」
