"Great place. It was spotless and smelled so clean and fresh. Every amenity available. You don’t have to leave the property to get anything.The kitchen is well stocked, all paper products are supplied and everything is of good quality. Every bedroom has a TV, internet is easily accessible as is a map of the community. The BEST place I have ever rented on VRBO! If your travels take you to Melbourne, this is the place to rent! "We had a tough time getting in touch with the host when issues came up. I don’t expect constant communication, but it would’ve been helpful to hear back more quickly—especially since the A/C didn’t work properly for the first few nights. Maintenance eventually came and fixed it, but it was frustrating, and even after that, it kept resetting to 84 in the middle of the night.There were also a few cleanliness issues.
