「What a beautiful two days we’ve spent at this home! Following a volleyball tournament in Orlando, we decided to take a break at the beach and this was our perfect stop! The house is well appointed with everything you need. The best part, was the water access right off the backyard pier. We rented fishing poles from Cocoa Beach fishing center and fished our hearts out. Our first catch was a 25 pound black drum. The sunsets from the backyard pier didn’t get old! 「We had a nice 4-night stay. Unit (half a duplex) is small, but ok for the two of us. Priced to be a reasonable value. Bedroom ac not very effective, but the other window unit was able to keep the whole place comfortable. Could use a few more kitchen items (a kettle would have been nice, for example).」
