The Cozy Cottage at Cocoa Village-Private Oasis

The Cottage at Cocoa Village is a very nice and quiet place to relax. The cottage is located in historic Cocoa Village where you have a wonderful selection of restaurants and shopping. There is also a unique selection of places for night time fun; all walking distance from the cottage. The beach is a 15 minute drive while the Indian River is walking distance with a public boat ramp for launching your boat or kayak. You can also enjoy sightseeing through the village in a beautiful horse drawn carriage.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. Was quiet and comfortable. Location near historic downtown Cocoa Village was great for walking. Also enjoyed the cat that visited daily.

Cozy Cottage says it all. Deborah was most helpful and the place contained everything we needed. The proximity to the river and the downtown area was great. As an added plus, we were able to view a night space launch.

We had the pleasure of spending 3 nights at the Cozy Cottage and thoroughly enjoyed it! Every detail has been carefully thought out with lots of supplies to make your stay comfortable. Due to the variety of cooking utensils and herbs and spices we even decided to stay in one night and BBQ! The bed and couch and chairs are comfortable, it is quiet for sleeping and in a good location to walk to shops and restaurants in the Village. I gave a 3 for communication only because my emails pre-stay were not answered but the owner was very responsive once we arrived. She even quickly and graciously helped us at night when we accidentally locked ourselves out! We would definitely stay here again.

Great Location for our Visit

I was in Cocoa for business. I had meetings in Rockledge and my wife joined me so we could visit Cocoa Beach and Cape Canaveral. This place was perfectly located for everything we planned to do. It's small, so I'm glad we weren't planning to just hang out a lot, but all we needed was a place to sleep as we were out and about the rest of the time. Everything ran smoothly including reservation, check-in, check out...the host was very responsive. The property was super clean, everything worked, and there were lots of little extras that made us feel very welcome.

The cottage was perfectly located for attending a family wedding at the Derby Street Chapel. Deborah was very punctual in all communications. The cottage had everything that was needed for our short stay. The bed was comfy, the bathroom spacious, and the kitchen just right for a quick cup of coffee.

This has been one of our favorite verbos yet. Every tiny thing was considered. It was beautifully decorated and very comfortable bed. A very nice secluded private space with two seating areas. The owner is fabulous and we will definitely be back!!!!
