「Loved the pools. We had an issue with our hot water and they responded immediately. Wonderful customer service.」

「Great & fun place to stay before our cruise. Great access to the beach, hotel offers chairs & umbrella for guests. We enjoyed the 5:00pm Cheese & wine gathering. Lots of restaurants & shopping walking distance from hotel. We would definitely stay again.」

「Hotel was going through some renovations but the staff were very helpful! Room was clean and bed comfortable..would stay here again…」

「Todo en orden」

「It is directly on the ocean, the grounds are beautiful, but not very kept up, needs a re-fresh, I know the salt air does damage & its hard to keep up, but the whole place has an "I don't care " feel. The rooms are clean but dumpy. baseboards chipped, paint off the walls, very dated uncomfortable couch. The bed was suppose to be a queen size, it was not, it was a double, I would not have booked that room if I knew that. When I told the woman in the office she didn't seem to care. Dollar Tree...

「The four points of Sheraton was a wonderful hotel staff was amazing the shop in the hotel was awesome they had a beautiful aquarium everything was clean and put together the pool was beautiful with a waterfall I could not have asked for a better room and stay the only thing I could complain about was the water was not warm in the showers so it was a little cold and the parking was nice just a little confusing you had elevators that took you too Starbucks and the gift shop so you have to navigate...
