No everyday cleanup. The floor is dirty and sticky. When the toilet was clogged, a plunger was delivered to fix by DIY because they had no service person available.

Roaches in the room, switched rooms, different view, potential traveling roaches in personal items. Staff unconcerned, unsympathetic, manager has poor bedside manner, no replies to email when partial refund was requested.

Upon check in the lady behind the counter was rude and not very helpful. The hotel was run down and our room needed some definite updates. The clothing rack fell off when I hung up a jacket. The carpet had some stains and the room didn’t smell good. We purchased some room spray and it helped. It was only for one night so we made it work. We would not stay here again.

We did not stay on the 10th but the stay the night of the 2nd was less than impressive. The cleaning chemical smell was overpowering. The carpets were old and dirty. Not all of the outlets worked.

Room was dirty, had left over vape containers from previous guest beside bed, carpets were stained all over room, couch had very curious stains on it as well, the room had roaches in the bathroom + kitchen area, the one vending machine for the entire hotel was out of water. The staff was very nice tho. I give it a 3/10. I wont be back.

I stayed at hotel on 20th December in Room 302, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The bathroom flush was not working at all. I reported this issue to the front desk, but the staff member informed me that the hotel was fully booked and no solution was provided. Since the toilet was unusable, we had to come downstairs to use the restroom, which was extremely inconvenient. I had another booking at your hotel on 26th December, and I specifically requested a good room due to my previous experience. However, upon entering Room 209 today, I found that the bathroom was again not in proper working condition. The door cannot be closed, and there were insects in the bathroom. This incident frightened my daughter, and without a proper lock, it is very difficult and uncomfortable to use the restroom. I checked with Jason front desk to change room he also said no room so he can’t do anything. I attempted to contact the owner Erick but was unable to get his phone number. I also sent him an email but have not received any response. I kindly request that Expedia refrain from listing such hotels on their website.

The room gave me hives from cheap linen and the attendant at front desk during check out kept hounding us to check out as if we couldnt read. On their website it said noon and even if it was 11am why leep calling someone repeatedly before 11am. We felt racially targeted and even left behind items due to the constant hounding to leave

I booked this property twice, and both experiences were extremely disappointing. On the first booking, the property was uninhabitable. There was no running water, the air conditioning was not working, and the room had a strong smell of humidity and mold, raising serious health and safety concerns. In addition, there were multiple police cars and officers inside the hotel conducting an investigation, which further contributed to an unsafe and poorly managed environment. Because of these conditions, I did not stay at the hotel at all. The second booking was scheduled for one week later. Due to the serious safety and habitability issues experienced during the first visit, I did not even go to the property and requested a refund the same day. That refund was also denied, despite the prior unresolved issues. Denying refunds under these circumstances shows a complete lack of accountability and concern for guest safety. Based on these experiences, I cannot recommend this property and strongly advise future guests to be cautious.
