"Was not happy at all with my room, went with a large group. They asked at the time of check-in if I wanted to upgrade, I said no, the room they gave me was just so cold so dark no carpet did not feel cozy. The other group that I was with did not also do an upgrade and they Got better rooms. The shower was painful. Water pressure was so hard on the body. I will not be booking again with flamingo."

"Took an hour to get hot water. The room smelled like mold. The guest services operator was rude and unhelpful. It was a terrible experience for my daughter. It was her first time in Vegas. "

"Beautiful hotel! We did a last minute mother-daughter long weekend and it was perfect. Pool is busy but so pretty and plenty of space to swim around. Beach was well staffed and so easy to access. I loved the beach trail that goes all the way to south beach-great for morning walk!"

"Nothing fancy but ideally located to get around the strip. Was nice to be right at the high roller but only great view from there is the Sphere. Can't see much of the strip directly. Monorail goes behind all the casinos so not so scenic either. Hotel was ok. Not amazing but great spot. Promenade offered lots to do and eat."
