"Hotel had roaches. Parking lot full of holes. $100 dollar deposit that was not advertised during vooking, but was only stated during check-in. Deposti was supposed to be back in my account with an hour. Still have not recieved my deposit. I will NEVER stay at a Red Roof again"

"It's an older hotel. It's great if you're just there overnight, but anything longer. You might want to find somewhere else. Hotel directions on Google was difficult to find from the direction we were coming from. It led us on a different road and building. It had your basic functionalities. It just looked like they haven't upgraded. "

"When you book a room through a discount travel site, the hotel has certain rooms reserved only for those guests. We have all experienced this. A situation developed when we entered the room assigned to us from the hotel. The room smelled overwhelmingly like mold and cleaning fluid and large chipping paint in the bathroom ceiling. When I went to the front desk and explained the situation and asked to move to another room, at first they did not want to give me another room but when another staffer explained they were other rooms in our "Sales category" we were able to move. The next room was fine. The issue here is the hotel staff new the first room we were in had that odor and chose to still put us in it. I then said so you knew they had an issue but you still put people in it because of the sales category. Interestingly, I counted only eleven vehicles in the parking lot that night. Which meant that over 80% of the hotel unoccupied. "

"The room was spacious, clean and bright. The staff were helpful and attentive and happy to help. The wi-fi was good and was available in all areas. Parking was was free and there was sufficient spaces. Would certainly stay here again. "

"We didnt order breakfast but the view of the water was Heaven !! Open the curtains, then the door toward the beach and in comes the delightful ocean breeze and the glorious sky….the sun rising or setting. The staff was helpful and personable. We will look forward to a return!!"
