"I booked this stay for my sister who flew in from Salt Lake City to visit our other sister who is in Hospice and dying from cancer. I checked in my sister for her stay then proceeded to the elevators and discovered they were out of order. She could not climb the four flights of stairs so we returned to the front desk and were informed that they did not know when they would be repaired. The lobby was filled with loud and boisterous people and she did not feel safe or comfortable in that environment. We told the front desk we were leaving and canceled our stay. The front desk clerk informed us that the manager was not available but that they would contact me when they returned. I never heard back from them. The following Monday I returned to the hotel to dispute the charge on my credit card and again was told that the manager would look into the issue, however, I still have not heard from them. Now I'm receiving a statement for $495.83!!! Neither my sister nor I stayed at the hotel. I expected a full refund for the inconvenience of inoperable elevators and an unacceptable atmosphere in the lobby for my sister's comfort and peace of mind."
