「Wonderful stay and host! 」

「We loved this spot! Adorable and very clean little house with a well-kept yard and nice deck and grilling area out back to enjoy outdoor meals. The neighborhood is a quiet area with mostly much older (but kept up or remodeled - NOT rundown) homes right along the river, which you can see from the yard and is a 2min or less walk from the house. Very close to downtown Melbourne and a short drive to everything. Very comfortable all the way around and at such a great price! We would absolutely...

「There were minor things like weeds growing on the cracks of the drive and backyard; the lawn could have been freshly cut and the pool vacuumed prior to our arrival, and finally, there was an odd smell (not terrible) that we could not figure out where it was coming from. 「Great responsive hostess, convenient location would do it again」

Otherwise, I would definitely recommend this property since it is...

「It was great. We liked that it was on the beach and the beach was not crowded.」

「You just can't beat the location! The view was breathtaking, and you're literally steps away from the sand and ocean. The two-story layout gave our family of 4 plenty of room to spread out and feel at home, and the heated pool was a wonderful bonus. We did encounter a couple of minor issues during our stay. There were some dead lovebugs upon arrival, but the management company contacted us immediately to explain the situation, and it really wasn't an issue after the first day. During a heavy...
