"I paid for Ocean view and bigger balcony. I didn’t have ocean view. They charged me ocean view, and I couldn’t even walk on the balcony. And I had to pay for parking and an extra fee for $65 that they never gave me back"

"Clean well kept hotel with helpful friendly staff. This place is literally across the street from terminal 3, Carnival Cruise port. Couldn’t have picked a better place to stay!"

"The sheets were NOT changed. Be careful, this apparently happens often there! We found tissues, hair bands, etc in the sheets. It was not a clean hotel. Breakfast was very questionable too. Staff was however amazing and really accommodated our allergies for lunch there. Wish I could give a better star rating because they were awesome but the room was unacceptable. "

"The hotel is nice and clean, and has great amenities. The downside is the front desk staff. The two women at the front desk are horrible. They both acted as if they were inconvenienced and were just rude. I have stayed at many Hilton hotels and have never experienced such unprofessional employees at check-in. Their attitudes never improved, I watched others check in throughout the evening, and their attitudes never improved when guests were checking in."

"Room overlooked the beach, the only thing is the lobby is a bit outdated and could use some attention. Other than that, great location, accessible to the beach! We came back to this hotel after our other room at a different hotel was not up to par. "
