"The area where the hotel was located was incredible especially for the price, we fortunately got a room with a balcony looking at the beach, which made it even more worth it! I spent my stay just sitting out there reading a book and the breakfast and staff where super nice and welcoming. I have stayed in other Days Inn by Wyndham in other cities and this one is by farm my favorite! Walking distance to many great restaurants and Cocoa Beach. "

"Perfect,perfect, perfect. Only thing that could have been better was the weather. We arrived after 8:30 pm, desk was closed, but a note with a number to call for assistance. There was a person on-site and was there immediately, very friendly! We had an oceanfront view, the moon was out and spectacular! Every morning a perfect sunrise. Layout of the unit is great, plenty of dishes, coffee maker, toaster, etc. Restaurant on site, very friendly, food and prices great. Bar same. Highly recommend, will absolutely be back next winter for a longer stay. Wish it would have been 75 instead of 65, but better than the 10 below we came from! Enjoyed walking the beach for a couple hours everyday."

"We really enjoyed our stay in the condo. It had everything we needed for our stay at the beach. The view from the patio was outstanding with an excellent view of the Cocoa Beach Pier. The management company was very communicative and provided all the necessary instructions prior to our arrival. My wife and I would highly recommend this rental. "
