"Nothing was an outright failure here, but so so many things made it clear that there wasn't anyone really trying. From only swapping towels when the room was made, and nothing else, a room that was half empty, hand towels not being stocked in a place in reach of the sink, dirty curtains, a shower that looked like it hadn't been cleaned, cold food in the breakfast buffet that should have been hot, loud banging noises that happened at night, bad smell in the room, to refusal to provide a receipt. Look somewhere else."

"Room had obvious flood damage with leaky ceiling and mold to match. Floors were wavy from flood damage. "

"Relatively clean, but not quite. The staff seem to be under instructions to skimp on everything like toilet paper, coffee pods, cups, even water bottles ($2 per bottle!!!)"

"Ocean view was terrific from the 8th floor. Room was clean, and we cared for. Bed was comfortable. Staff were all very friendly. The restaurant and outdoor area were great, except when it got to windy for us. The food offerings were very good, well prepared and priced right- not expensive. Live music on the weekends. We will book this hotel again."

"Lovely staff but our room had a leaking fridge and the shower wouldnt drain and leaked all over our room. The floor was so wet our daughter slipped on her butt in the middle of the night when she went to go to the bathroom. We struggled to get any sleep as we had a bunch of people yelling outside our room until about 3am. "

"It’s 50/50 with this place….If u just staying overnight it’s ok but not long term!! The tub slowly drains and the room had zero lamps in it and when complained they bought lamps to the room 1 hour b4 checkout time and we was like well we leaving now it’s to late Lol"

"It’s next to a Taco Bell and a Waffle House, so the dining options are really close. The hotel was nice for a one night stay. "
