The staff really made this place. Very helpful and friendly. I mostly walked around the area (I've been trapped inside for the winter wanted to take advantage of the nice weather) Kinda far but they do offer a shuttle to all cool areas. Downtown Melbourne and the airport. Gotta shout out to Reginald! He is there when you have questions or anything!

This hotel is consistently excellent. The airport shuttle service is prompt and professional and the shuttle also took me to Walmart - which exceeded my expectations. The restaurant food is outstanding, the beds are comfortable and the hot water is hot! I have stayed here several times and highly recommend it. All of the employees are excellent - especially the front desk.

The front desk staff were super great for our stay. I wish I could remember the names. The guy at check in, name started with D (Demetre?) was super helpful and so was the manager on duty (sorry cannot remember the name). The breakfast buffet was great. Patrick was really helpful preparing for the checkout process and such too. Wish our stay was under better circumstances.. the staff were super accommodating.

The staff at this hotel are very attentive and offer great hospitality. We had breakfast in the hotel restaurant and our food arrived exactly as we ordered it and prepared perfectly. Our waitress was very attentive and friendly. During breakfast the Executive Chef came out to make sure our food was prepared to our taste. Can’t say enough good things about the staff at this property.
