"It was just ok. 15 min wait for pool towels. Small pool For the amount of rooms. Super expensive pool bar. Rooms were tiny. Not five stars clean, just average. Lots of dirt and collection of hair in the corners of showers. No life guard by the beach. "

"Room floor was dirty but overall the rest of the room was ok. Staff was nice except for one individual who was upset as she was not notified that we had purchased the shuttle and had our room till noon. Was not our fault she was not informed so please don’t be upset with us."

"They room was very dirty. They bathtub had soap scum and hard water build-up. The bathroom door had a hole in it. There was a hole in the ceiling filled in with foam. Mattress was very hard and you could hear the coils moving. The exhaust fan was not working and caused moisture build-up on the floors. The floors were dirty and had not been swept and mopped. "
