「My entire family was absolutely so pleased with this property! It was clean, cute, had all the basics you’d need, and is in a great location. It is a pet friendly place and the dining room/sun room does have a pet smell. Also, the backyard is not fully fenced in - so do not just let your dogs out! The hosts were hands down the most communicative hosts I’ve ever dealt with. They were so quick to respond, accommodated my early arrival, and gave me local suggestions for things to do and places to...

「Best thing was the garage and being able to use our car w/o it being overheated every time we went somewhere. The place was wonderful. Only downside was not having a laundry inside the unit. There is room to add one, so stackable OR the 2 in 1 washer/dryer would be a big game changer.」

「Great place, nice amenities including games.」

「This was an excellent place to stay. Very clean and well maintained. Would stay again.」

「It’s definitely an older property. My husband said the first smell was that of his grandmothers place. Location was great. Beach access great. A tad strict on visitors and number of people in the unit. We travel to see our kids in St Cloud but to have beach time as well. We enjoy them being able to enjoy time with us. We will have to have to find another place next time. There’s a person that was rather nosey as well, not sure if it was a resident or a cleaner. But they would watch us. Really...

「This was one of the best properties we have stated in with VRBO. The host communicated with us as necessary and was very pleasant. We made use of the patio area for two meals and enjoyed it immensely. We would stay there again.」

「It was great. We liked that it was on the beach and the beach was not crowded.」

「The good: location. The bad: almost everything else.Don't trust the pictures. This unit is very, very outdated. It has not been cared for, and it shows. I booked this for four adults, and the minute we walked in, we knew it was a mistake. It just smelled dirty. The linens, floor, and bathrooms all needed a good cleaning. The towels (bath and beach) are threadbare, old, and mismatched. The beds are worn out and squeaky. I felt like I needed to shower after sitting on the patio furniture. The...

「Good communication 」

「Nice, clean property. The owners and their team were very communicative and checked in with us during the week. The home was comfortable and had everything you would need. The pool and back porch were a great area to relax and enjoyed immensely by our teenage kids. If we need to stay in the area again, we would certainly stay here.」

「Great space!!! Loved it!!」
