"We loved our stay at Melbourne Beach Resort & Surf Club. The pool and beach were perfect walking distance from each room. I loved the seating on the deck for watching beautiful sunsets. We could even watch the sunset from the suite. The suite was updated and very clean. The shower was so nice and I wish I had the exact shower at home! The staff were very friendly and accessible. I loved having the shower outside so that sand didn't come in the room. Cornhole was a nice thing to have outside the pool."

"This was a great place for our adult family with grandkids to meet in the Melbourne area. The house was clean. Nice beach views from two upstairs bedrooms. A great bedroom for the children with toys and a set of bunk beds downstairs.Kitchen fully stocked with pots pans and storage bins…. We ate several meals at home. The beach was fun and very accessible.Sharman was very responsive and easy to work with. Went out of his way to make sure we had everything needed for a large family with babies and children. "

"Unbeknownst to us until we actually arrived, there is MAJOR balcony construction happening. No access to balcony - jackhammering & pounding noise from 8-4 during the week. We left 12 days early because construction penetrated both bedroom walls under the windows. Debris and dust inside ! Got a partial refund from Owner upon discovery of conditions but it was not nearly enough to compensate for the lack of ocean view balcony access, the noise, the debris and having construction workers on a scaffold right outside your bedroom. "
