「This property had everything you could possibly need and more. The salt water pool was lovely the water was so soft on your skin and did not take the colour out of your swimwear. The panoramic lanai made watching the wild life so much better like a big tv screen. Margreth has added lots of little extras which made all the difference. We have stayed in many villas over the last 30 years and this one has been the best.」

「This is our fourth visit to the de-lazy villa and we keep coming back because we love it so much. The location is perfect - a quiet area with so much wildlife to enjoy from the lanai and the panoramic view from inside the villa. The owners have ensured the villa is well equipped for your stay and it’s a great central location for shopping, beaches and restaurants. We hope to make it a 5th visit very soon. 「Stay February of 2025. We've rented a few houses in Rotonda West, and this house by far one of the best houses we stayed at. The location was perfect, quiet and restful. The heated pool was perfect for us northerners. We had all the comforts of home. Vicky, our host, was a pleasure to work with and attended to our requests and issues in a timely manner. 「When I looked online the front looked small and we Wondered. We were wrong! The house was plenty roomy for even 6. Nice beds, rooms, tv's and especially the Bathrooms, The Master bedroom and Bathroom were very nice and plenty of room. Good sixe Kitchen too and garage for our car. I would like that house agin but it is rented already for next Year. The Pool was clean and roomy with both shallow and deep ends. Good sized lanai. I have only one wish and that would be more lights in the Living room...

「Casual tropical elegance, we loved the house, it was comfortable, well appointed with everything we needed to you have a great vacation. The property managers Immediately took care of a couple of issues upon arrival. They were very easy to communicate with And attentive. We love the Rotunda West area, it is quiet but very conveniently located to beautiful beaches, the bike trail, Myakka river for kayaking and general relaxing. The pool was warm and inviting. We definitely recommend this vacation...
