I stayed at the property for two nights, and on both mornings I discovered a small cockroach in the bathroom, which was very concerning. Additionally, the room had a persistent, unpleasant odor resembling strong disinfectant that seemed to be continuously circulated through the air-conditioning system throughout the day. Upon further inspection, the air-conditioning vent and duct area appeared to have dark residue that resembled mold. As this was my first time ever staying at a Motel 6, the overall experience was quite surprising and disappointing, and it did not meet my basic expectations for cleanliness and comfort.

The room was okay with no specific issues related to cleanliness or furnishings. The hallways have very stained carpet, the elevator is not working, and the smell of marijuana in the halls was strong enough to enter my room.

The room that’s pictured on the booking site, IS NOT the room I was given. I reserved a king size bed, but when I arrived, I was given what look like a full size bed in the middle of a room where I could touch the walls from the middle of the bed. The rate I was given during reservation, was increased by $100 when I arrived. The entire hotel had an awful marijuana smell, that the front desk laughed about, and told me it will go away. The restroom wasn’t big enough to turn around in, and the tub looked like it was detaching from the wall. Needless to say, I pray I NEVER have to visit this hotel again.

This place was just gross. Main floor smelt like wet dog and weed, the elevator was out. The staircase smelt like a sweaty locker room, dirt and hair, top floor smelt like throw up. Stains on the carpet. Walls were super thin you could hear everything in hallway. I only lasted two hours before I couldn't take it and had to go find a different hotel. - they still charged me for my room.

TOUTE !!!! C’est un hôtel complètement DEGEULASSE !!!! Ça sent l’humidité , à notre arrivée , la chambre était pleine de cheveux coller dans la douche . tellement que c’était humide , les planchers étaient collant . Les murs montraient des signes de moisissures. Nous avons demandés à changer de chambre , le comis n’a pas voulu! Nous ne sommes même pas rester ! Nous sommes partis , à pied, avec nos valises , sans voiture , dans un pays qui n’est pas le nôtre , à la recherche d’un autre hôtel , le week end du Daytona 500 … Les hôtels étaient tous complet !! J’ai communiquer avec Expedia , et personne n’étaient en mesure de me rembourser pour insalubrité ,défaut de prestation de service + mise en situation précaire. J’ai tout en photos et vidéos de l’état des lieux .

It was terrible. We arrived to learn that our reservations was canceled and we didnt receive any notice about it. No apologies or sympathy. They were able to get us rooms however, the heat system was loud, turns on and off throught the night. The toilet had alot of flushing power which was good but extremely loud. We were never told that we needed to bring our towels to the front desk for new ones. You get one roll of toilet paper in the room. We had to go ask for clean towels and was told that we needed to bring the used towels to the front desk from 11-5 only and you could only get 1 roll of toilet paper. The towels we recd was 2 full towels and a bunch of face towels. We had 3 adults during our stay. Also, the key card kept failing, so we had to reset the key card daily. The elevator was extremely slow. The worse part was seeing cockroach on the last day of our 5 day trip. We will never ever return to this hotel. The Absolute worse!!

Very dirty, smells like cats/dogs, leaking tub/shower, hair from previous guests, uncomfortable pillows (only two small ones for a queen size) and bedsheet that was meant more for a full that didnt cover mattress. The only good things - Pets stay free. No deposit. The room was “clean enough” and outdated. Both rooms smelled like a mixture of unfinished basement and flood water (I had two). Theres roaches, the hallway & stairs reek of defecation, the carpet is extremely soiled and littered with food remnants. I watched house keeping pass the hallway mess daily, w/o attempting to clean it. The front desk needs hospitality training. They claim I booked the wrong room (a single bed w/ a refrigerator and microwave) and then when I showed them my booking I was informed they downgraded my room because they no longer had the room available without notice. When I booked a second time I was informed I purchased the wrong room again and when I showed my booking a second time I was told to book the room that had double beds and only the refrigerator. The booking I purchased was double beds w/ microwave and refrigerator so I was confused. Every question was met with annoyance. This booking cost more than my original accommodations but with the limited amount of microwaves + fridge combos I didn’t want to lose them but apparently this was not the right booking even if this is what my room had in it. My last booking was cancelled where they claim I was put on the DNR list since my first day after they made me purchase another room. which make 0 sense. I even had house keeping check my room (I have a video of her doing so) before I left to make sure it didn’t have any odor or excessive trash. 0/10

Other than Rose who is amazing and should be the manager because everyone else is horrible the over night clerk looks horrible
